Sunshine Bott-Sprain

Sunshine Bott-Sprain is a contemporary visual artist and musician specializing in realism-based surrealism and portraiture. Her work explores detail, value, and beauty through charcoal, graphite, and various painting mediums. She is currently refining her painting techniques and continuing her study of fantastical realism. A La Crosse native, Sunshine studies Art Education under Jennifer Williams and minors in music at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. Outside of school, she works as a server and barista, teaches piano lessons, and performs as part of the musical duo Sunshine and Shay and with the local band Gregg Hall and the Wrecking Ball.
