Her style is realism, sometimes including impressionism. She loves to create pieces based on the places she's traveled to. In addition to her time spent on those pieces, Averi has dedicated some time to the between the Bluffs Festival. Her plein air piece titled, “October Autumn”, is an oil painting based off of King Street. The piece is inspired by her walk to class during the month of October when the leaves begin to change color.

In 2023, Averi participated in the MSHSL art competition and received the “Spotlight” Award. This award highlights highschool students whom received a perfect score from all 3 judges (less than 3% of all submissions!).
